42. When you go to buy bread in the grocery store, have you ever wondered which is the freshest, so you "squeeze" for freshness or softness? Did you know that bread is delivered fresh to the stores five days a week? Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Each day has a different color twist tie They are:

Monday = Blue,
Tuesday =
Green,
Thursday =
Red,
Friday =
White, and
Saturday = Yellow .

So if today was Thursday, you would want red twist tie; not white which is Fridays (almost a week old)! The colors go alphabetically by color
Blue - Green - Red - White - Yellow , Monday through Saturday. Very easy to remember. I thought this was interesting. I looked in the grocery store and the bread wrappers DO have different twist ties, and even the ones with the plastic clips have different colors. You learn something new everyday! Enjoy fresh bread when you buy bread with the right color on the day you are shopping.
Pass this information on to friends so they can be informed also.

Positive Affirmations and Prayers

Send out love and harmony, put your mind and body in a peaceful place, and then allow the universe to work in the perfect way it knows how.

You cannot always control what goes on outside, but you can always control what goes on inside. Thoughts are ways in which we can make virtually anything happen.

Pick the one, or ones that are important for you now and print them out, paste them on your mirror, memorize them and replace all negative thoughts with them.

Peace
Put your mind at ease.

"My humble Father, I ask you, may
the peace of the Universe shower down
upon me through your gracious hand."

Prosperity
Abundance - Prosperity - Sharing.

"Heavenly Father,
I give thanks for all that
I have received. I open to receive
anew from the abundance of life.
My prosperity blesses all."

Protection
Archangels Michael & Faith; Assistance from the
Blue Flame Angels, Faith, Trust, Divine Will, and Protection.

"Angels of Protection,
enfold me in your faith and protection.
Fill my heart with the trust
that I am always guided and protected."

Purification
Clearing Karma, Transmutation of pain and negativity,
Purification.

"Dear Divine Spirit,
assist me to purify, cleanse and
transmute all energies
around this issue,
past, present and future."

Forgiveness
Prayer for forgiveness of ourselves and those we hold dear.

"Dear God, grant a blessing over those
who have hurt or persecuted me. Allow me to
also forgive myself for holding on to the
things that keep me from being who I really am.
Keep us close to you, until our final hours."

Good Luck
